Notification of: Alimac / NRG Merging

Dear NRG Partner,

With this letter I would like to inform you about some important new developments for NRG Tapes.

All along Q4 2023, I sold my company to the Alimac Group backed by Metrika SGR S.p.A. on behalf of the closed investment Fund “Metrika”.

Together we think we can create new synergies in the field of product development, especially on the sustainable side, as well as better global Market Coverage for our combined portfolios.

The brands Alimac and NRG will remain on the Market side by side.

NRG Tapes will continue to operate from its head office in Breda (Netherlands) as well as Alimac from the Italian, German and Iberian subsidiaries, guaranteeing Business Continuity for you as customer.

As part of the Organizational framework, I will take on the role as commercial director for the new group and will remain Managing Director of NRG Tapes and our subsidiary in UAE.

We will continue to guarantee the usual supply and service for your carry handle solutions and requirements.
